THE FAT PRINCE IS BACK: BOLDER, BRIGHTER, AND BURSTING WITH FLAVOURS

0

Singapore, Tuesday, 21 October 2025 – The Prince is no more – because Fat Prince is back. This revival isn’t a reset. It’s a return to form. The Fat Prince people fell for is back with sharper personality, renewed flavour and the same irreverent charm that made it a favourite. With a refreshed menu, a renewed drinks line-up and a brighter, sun-warmed vibe, the restaurant once again brings together Middle Eastern roots with a touch of Mediterranean lift.

In a world obsessed with being clean, careful, and restrained, Fat Prince dares to be bold, and joyfully unfiltered. Expect generous sharing plates, spirited cocktails, and an atmosphere that’s lively, inclusive, and gloriously unpretentious. At its heart, the restaurant celebrates Middle Eastern soul with a kiss of Mediterranean freshness, think soulful spices, and drinks that turn every table into a celebration.

The Spirit That Made It a Favourite, Back in Full Force
Fat Prince has always been more than a name. It’s an attitude. Guests will feel the difference the moment they walk in: the buzz, the warmth and the playful edge that made the space so memorable. The energy is louder, the mood is looser and the welcome is for everyone to stay a little longer and laugh a little louder.

Kebabs, Cocktails and a Menu Made to Share
The heart of Fat Prince hasn’t changed – it’s still about bold Middle Eastern flavours and inventive drinks. The beloved Build-It Kebab section returns, inviting diners to craft their feast their way, layer it up, mix it, and make it theirs. The mezze is back too: creamy, spiced, and perfect for sharing across the table, the way all good stories start.

New dishes join familiar favourites, from the Moroccan Chicken Tagine and Lamb Porterhouse to lighter bites inspired by Mediterranean freshness. For those seeking a midday indulgence, the four-course $29++ Set Lunch remains a Fat Prince signature. Complete the experience with the desserts that are not to be missed, including the iconic Dubai Chocolate Knafeh – a Middle Eastern classic reimagined with crispy kataifi pastry, a molten dark chocolate centre, and hints of rose, served with pistachio ice cream for a nutty, creamy finish.

And come weekends, the restaurant’s Bottomless Brunch takes over, pairing free-flow beverages ($48++) with hearty plates served with that unmistakable Fat Prince energy.

Behind the bar, cocktails return with attitude: from the Sultan’s Negroni infused with za’atar and pomegranate molasses to the creamy Tahini Kiss and the Mirage Mojito, a zero-proof escape that proves flavour doesn’t need alcohol.

What’s New and What’s Next
The return begins with the food, drinks menu and mood, with interiors to evolve over time. The music and programming are getting lifted too, with evenings that carry from dinner into drinks without missing a beat. Fat Prince isn’t trying to be polished or perfect – it’s here to bring back flavour, fun and a little bit of mischief.

Fat Prince keeps the good times flowing all week with the weekdays Happy Hour, featuring $10 drinks and a complimentary mezze from 5pm to 7pm. Wednesdays come alive with Ladies’ Night, offering two hours of free-flow drinks at $35 for the perfect midweek treat. Weekends heat up with Bottomless Brunch, pairing free-flow beverages with hearty, shareable plates and lively conversation.

Beyond the food, Fat Prince is a place for friends, night owls, and anyone chasing flavour and fun. Welcome back to a no-judgement zone where everyone’s invited to feast, sip, and let loose.

Fat Prince is back – and he’s here to stay.
