It is the season to gather and celebrate, and The Marmalade Pantry’s Festive Specials 3-Course Executive Set Lunch and Festive Soirée Afternoon Tea are crafted to make every lunch, tea, or dinner date a memorable occasion.
A HOLLY JOLLY MIDDAY FEAST
The Festive Specials 3-Course Executive Set Lunch ($38++) invites guests to enjoy a wholesome and f lavourful midday celebration. Starting with the Hearty White Bean Soup, a comforting medley of cannellini beans, carrot, celery, and fresh parsley.
For the main course, diners can choose from either a crispy Snapper with a golden panko-herb crust, drizzled with honey mustard and served alongside vibrant yellow and green zucchini and chunky tomato sauce; Honey-spiced Pork Chop, tender and fragrant with a maple yoghurt glaze, paired with roasted sweet potato and tangy cranberry-pickled cabbage; the Pumpkin Ravioli, silky parcels in a creamy cheese fondue with chestnut puree and semi-dried tomatoes; or New Zealand Ribeye (+$10), a 250g char-grilled cut accented with gremolata, roasted potatoes, and lightly sautéed wawa cabbage.
Finish on a sweet note with the Earl Grey Pecan Log Cake, a delicate sponge rolled with pecans and lightly sweetened cream, offering a refined and festive finish.
Available only at Oasia Hotel Downtown and Oasia Hotel Novena from 3 November 2025, weekdays from 11.30am to 3pm (excluding public holidays) at $38++.
‘TIS THE SEASON TO SIP & SAVOUR
From 1 November 2025, come for the limited-time Yuletide afternoon tea that invites guests to relish a festive array of sweet and savoury creations.
The savoury tier features Melon & Smoked Duck Skewers with Gremolata, pairing juicy melon with smoky duck and a fragrant herb crust; a Brie Tart, showcasing silky, melted brie atop a crisp, buttery base; Salmon Blinis, tender smoked salmon on light, airy blinis; Chicken Cranberry Sandwiches, a harmonious blend of succulent chicken and crunchy cranberry bits; and Turkey Ham & Sundried Tomato Sandwiches, with smoky ham complemented by tangy sun-dried tomato spread.
The sweet tier celebrates holiday flavours: Pistachio Choux, crisp shells filled with nutty, velvety cream; Cinnamon Spiced Blondies, soft and warmly aromatic; Pumpkin Cheesecake, smooth with subtle autumnal spice; and Petite Black Forest Cupcakes, chocolatey morsels crowned with cherry and cream. Completing the experience are Housemade Plain Scones, served warm with whipped double cream, housemade Berry Blossom Jam and zesty Ginger Yuzu marmalade, with an option to upgrade to raisin scones at an additional cost of $2.
The Festive Soirée Afternoon Tea is served daily from 2pm to 6pm across all outlets, except at ION Orchard where it is available from Sunday to Friday, excluding public holidays and Saturdays.
