This holiday season, Firangi Superstar rolls out the red carpet for a show-stopping celebration. From 15 November to 24 December 2025, the modern Indian restaurant along Craig Road invites guests to Jingle Belly Rock with its Festive Blockbuster Feast – a decadent, cinematic dining experience that’s bold, joyful, and unmistakably Firangi.
Designed to impress both on-screen and on-plate, the Festive Set ($178 for 4 pax) is a multi-act production of festive favourites reimagined with Firangi Superstar’s signature East-meets-West artistry.
Stealing the spotlight is the Pork Belly Porchetta – the restaurant’s take on a classic showcases a gloriously golden, crackling-skinned masterpiece, stuffed with fragrant spiced pork kebab mince, complemented by a luscious apple–apricot chutney and a daring ghost pepper vindaloo sauce that packs just the right amount of heat. Snacks and sides include the Malabar Crab Cutlets, rich, crisp parcels of crabmeat paired with tangy tomato relish and Kashmiri chilli aioli, a scene-stealer in every bite; Tawa-fried Brussels Sprouts shimmer with garam masala dust and smoky depth. While the Naan Stuffing studded with buttery cashews and golden raisins delivers a heartwarming nod to festive comfort food, redefined through a distinctly Indian lens.
For the larger groups, the add-ons take indulgence to blockbuster proportions. The Whole Roasted French Poulet (750g) glazed in saffron butter and spiced chicken jus ($58) is an aromatic showpiece, while Sautéed Broccolini with chilli tadka and paneer ($16) and Smoked Puy Lentil Makhani ($16) lend vibrant, earthy balance to the feast.
The ultimate celebration bite which takes the humble street snack to new heights with the Oscietra Caviar (30g), paired with puffed puri shells, silky smoked potato purée, shallots, and crème fraîche ($150).
