As you can see, the nominal fee we charge for the services we offer (check out our prices) is a fraction of what you would pay a PR agency, but then again, what we offer here is slightly different. You definitely can! If you have a product, service, personalities and/ or talents (be it the corporate leaders, artists, celebrities, local heroes, etc.) that are in need of some eyeballs and exposure, you’re at the right place.
Once you’ve decided on the package and/ or services, and are ready to check your cart out, you will be directed to a third-party payment gateway, iPay88. You may choose to make the payment via bank transfer or credit/ debit card payment via your preferred bank
We will email a receipt to you within 48 hours of successful payment. A copy of this receipt will also be available in Your Account via your dashboard

  • Once you’re logged in to your account, click on your profile on the top right corner and select Edit Profile. You can also change your password by accessing your profile via the menu on the left.
  • Scroll down until you see the Account
  • Management section and update your password accordingly
  • We do not encourage sharing your account log-in and/ or password with anyone.

  • Here, you’ll find info on the remaining services, validity period, and a copy of your receipt.
  • Click here (hyperlinked to a page for them to report an issue) and fill-up the form
  • We will acknowledge the receipt of your form within 5 working days
  • Kepohchi will then conduct an internal check to ensure that the validity period is accurate
  • We will then revert to you on our findings in 14 working days
  • We’re sorry that our Makcik’s kepohness is not up to par and we’re always looking for ways to better ourselves.
  • Do hit us up here and fill-up the form.
  • Let us know what aspects of the services provided that did not meet your expectations.
  • We will acknowledge the receipt of your form within 5 working days
  • Kepohchi will then conduct an internal investigation and revert to you on our findings in 14 working days.
Oh no, that shouldn’t have happened and we’re truly sorry.
  • Do report this to us here (hyperlinked to a page for them to report an issue) and fill-up the form.
  • Attach proof of double payment such as email confirmation, SMS from the bank to state that payment has been made twice, etc, which will be a great help to us when we check in with relevant parties.
  • We will acknowledge the receipt of your form within 5 working days. Kepohchi will then conduct an internal investigation and revert to you on our findings in 14 working days.
  • In the event that we have double-billed you, we will process the refund which will take up to 14 working days upon our completed investigation.

Yes, they do! Each package and service comes with a validity period that’s reflected in the respective package.
  • We don’t have this at the moment but we’re definitely looking to implement this feature in the near future. Our backend magicians are hard at work to make this happen.
