Mark your calendars! The very first IT’S THE SHIP China is setting sail from Shanghai to the Japanese island of Shimonoseki and back this 13th to 17th June 2019. This five-day, four night, music festival experience aboard the MSC Splendida will feature artistes from around the world who are set to provide guests with a show of epic proportions.
In partnership with Chinese Music World (CMW), China’s leading integrated entertainment company, IT’S THE SHIP will be expanding into a brand new territory for the very first time – with China being the first addition to join the IT’S THE SHIP brand this year. Having attracted music lovers from around the world with its previous five sailings, IT’S THE SHIP China will be no different as it promises to offer shipmates an electrifying line-up of artists from near and far.

This sailing will see guests travel from Shanghai, China to Shimonoseki island in Japan, onboard the exclusive eco cruise ship – MSC Splendida; a 5-star experience with luxurious comforts, designer-themed dining options, and a multitude of facilities including four swimming pools, squash court, and bowling alley await guests as they experience Asia’s largest festival at sea for the first time in China. Shipmates are in for an adventure of a lifetime as the new sailing will also feature costume themed and private parties, as well as a range of artiste-led side activities – elements that this international brand is known for.
