Arbora @ Mount Faber Peak welcomes families to a relaxed garden setting where spacious greenery and warm hospitality set the tone for an intimate family festive dinner. Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak caters to couples and guests seeking a romantic evening, complete with golden sunset views. The Mirabilis Bar @ Mount Faber Peak offers a visually captivating experience for a joy-filled gathering of friends, where evenings bloom and cocktails flow.
Conceived by thoughtful design and a sense of place, Dusk and The Mirabilis Bar @ Mount Faber Peak have earned international recognition, winning Gold at the International Architecture & Design Awards 2025, as well as Platinum honours at both the French Design Award and the Architecture & Design Collection Awards 2025.
Overseeing all festive menus is newly appointed Executive Sous Chef Daniel Vaquero, who brings 18 years of culinary experience across Catalan and Spanish cuisine, modern gastronomy at a world-renowned luxury hotel chain in Barcelona, and a leading tapas bar and restaurant in Shanghai. The Spanish chef has crafted festive four-course dinners for 24, 25 and 31 December 2025, making Mount Faber Peak an ideal destination to bid farewell to the year and toast to new beginnings.

Arbora @ Mount Faber Peak

From 24 to 25 December 2025, A Hilltop Holiday Special offers guests a wholesome festive dinner menu, featuring the Salmon Nikkei Ceviche and New Zealand Lamb. Pernod Parfait adds an aromatic and sweet conclusion to the meal. On 31 December 2025, Arbora’s First Light Feast welcomes guests and the new year with a celebratory menu featuring Tandoori Scallops, Angus Beef Cheek. The meal is sweetened with a Mille-Feuille dessert.
The festive diners are priced at $88++ per adult and $38++ per child.
Dusk @ Mount Faber Peak

From 24 to 25 December 2025, The Twilight Feast offers an elegant line-up of dishes featuring the smoky Open-Fire Grilled Octopus, Sanchoku Striploin and the French classic Mont-Blanc dessert with smooth chestnut purée and green tea biscuit. On 31 December 2025, A Starlit New Year Gala rings in the new year with an opulent gourmet 4-course dinner, featuring a Catalan Suquet Stew – a rich seafood medley infused with coastal Mediterranean depth. For mains, choose between 72-Hour Wagyu Oxtail with foie gras port-wine reduction or the Northeast Atlantic Aged Turbot with smoky-sweet leeks and lemon-garlic dressing. The Genoa Biscuit Parfait with red fruit and mascarpone ice cream makes the perfect dessert for the meal.
An option to elevate the festive dinners at both restaurants’ main course to a luxurious Boston Lobster Thermidor is available at a top-up of $38++. Vegetarian diners are also well catered for, with specially crafted menus available at both restaurants across all festive offerings, ensuring everyone can join in the joyous celebrations.
The Mirabilis Bar @ Mount Faber Peak

The celebration continues after dinner at The Mirabilis Bar @ Mount Faber Peak. Soak in the bar’s one-of-a-kind ambience, featuring a stunning five-metre-tall flower centrepiece beautifully illuminated for social media-worthy moments. With a refreshed Cócteles de Jardin (Garden Cocktails) menu, guests are treated to an array of floral-inspired cocktails, where herbs, plants, flowers and fruits take centre stage. Among the standout creations include The Mirabilis, a fragrant mix of rose, lavender and citrus, Agrios,a lively lemon spritz featuring vodka and limoncello, Menta, a cool, herbaceous tequila creation balanced with fresh mint as well as Osaka Fizz, a light and aromatic yuzu–sencha combination. Those who prefer non-alcoholic options are treated to the Hibisco, a juicy hibiscus–lychee refresher, or Naranja, a citrus-led blend with soft botanical accents. All of this is enjoyed with unobstructed skyline views – the perfect finale to a memorable evening.
