KUALA LUMPUR, 27th November 2023 – SACRA MUSIC FES. 2024 IN MALAYSIA, the highly-anticipated Anisong (anime song) music festival presented by SACRA MUSIC, a label under Sony Music Entertainment Japan, is set to make its epic anime entrance in Malaysia. Following its massive success in Singapore on the 26th November, SACRA MUSIC FES. 2024 IN MALAYSIA is set to captivate Malaysians at Zepp KL on 3rd February 2024. This event promises an immersive experience in the world of anime melodies, featuring performances by FLOW, ASCA, spira spica, Who-ya extended, and Akase Akari — the Anisong artistes behind beloved anime series such as ‘Naruto Shippuden’, ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’, and ‘Fate/Apocrypha’.
SACRA MUSIC FES. 2024 IN MALAYSIA promises to bring together the biggest names in the Anisong industry. First up, starring famed Japanese rock band FLOW who are known for their iconic tracks ‘GO!!!’ from ‘Naruto’ and ‘COLORS’ from ‘Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion’. With over 100 million streams online, Flow’s ‘Sign’ from ‘Naruto Shippuden’ promises to rock the stage this coming February. Next artist in this lineup is ASCA, a singer-songwriter with a certified Gold hit record. ASCA soared to fame with her single ‘RESISTER’, which served as the opening theme for Season 2 of ‘Sword Art Online Alicization’.
The “元気少女” (Cheerful Girl) spira spica, is ready to bring her energetic energy to Malaysia! With her major debut ‘Start Dash’, spira spica was also featured in beloved anime such as ‘Gundam Build Divers’ and ‘Ao-chan Can’t Study!’ with ‘Rise’ and ‘Twinkle’. Who-ya Extended, led by Who-ya, debuted with ‘Q-vism’ in 2019. They dominated the Japanese charts and cemented their success in 2021 with ‘VIVID VICE’ for ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’, exceeding 50 million streams. Lastly, as the opening act, we have rising star Akase Akari.Boasting over 1.4 million followers on TikTok, she made waves with her debut single ‘Koi no Yukata’ and is set to capture more hearts in the upcoming years! These incredible artists are all set to fire up Malaysia with their thrilling performances, bringing the vibrant anime music culture to life!
