By Game On! The leading talent recruitment competition in Asia, Maybank Go Ahead. Challenge (MGAC), has officially kicked off! With an all-new gamification and personalization approach, Maybank is taking the innovative hiring concept to a whole new level. Themed #ChallengeOfChoice participants are given the freedom and liberty to be in control of their own choices throughout the competition. A total of 60 MGAC participants will be putting their best foot forward to prove their worth in this competition and employable value to Maybank, ASEAN’s 5th Top bank
After several months of challenges, testing out of the box thinking while skillfully navigating complexities within and providing a personalised experience for the participants – now, these talents are coming to the end of the race! It’s their last chance to give it their all to prove that they are ahead of the game and retrieve their once in a lifetime chance to kick start their career with Maybank.
Maybank would like you to assume the role of a Non-Player Character(NPC) in this year’s biggest game to witness the 60 participants from all around the world, including Malaysia, start their journey to winning the coveted spot as a winner of MGAC 2019. You may find yourself on board a bus to experience the amazing race that will upstart this momentous journey for the young leaders of tomorrow.
