
SINGAPORE, 8 September 2025 – Following a successful start with the roving Food Truck City Tours, the 32nd edition of Singapore Food Festival (SFF) 2025 organised by Blake Harris Entertainment and supported by the Singapore Tourism Board continues to turn up the flavour with an exciting line-up of unique experiences from 4 to 24 September.
Anchoring this year’s edition is Mise en Place At Dempsey Hill. As the heart and hub of SFF 2025, Mise en Place will feature an all-day café open to the public and a line-up of headline collaborations — including the Asia debut of Zumbo Desserts by Adriano Zumbo; desserts inspired by the best in Asia by 11:11 Sweet from Australia; a specially-curated menu by Chef Ivan Yeo of Blue Smoke; the thought-provoking Gastrogeography Feature Wall installation; and The Dempsey Palate, a vibrant open-air celebration of food, music and community.
SFF 2025 also features unique events, and more than 30 Affiliate Partner experiences across diverse locations, spotlighting Singapore’s food culture in all its breadth. These programmes blend heritage and innovation, showcased through exclusive creations, chef collaborations, and behind-the-scenes demonstrations available only during the festival.
Mise en Place At Dempsey Hill
The beating heart of SFF 2025 is Mise en Place At Dempsey Hill — where Visitors can look forward to a vibrant line-up of experiences Presented by HSBC, the Official Bank Partner of SFF Dempsey Hill events, all HSBC cardholders get to enjoy 10% off items at Mise en Place (including food, drinks and merchandise) and up to 20% off events held at Mise en Place.
ZUMBO DESSERTS
A festival must-try, ZUMBO DESSERTS, will be available throughout SFF 2025. Making his Singapore and Asia debut, world-renowned Australian pâtissier and dessert icon Adriano Zumbo, will unveil an exclusive line-up of pastries, cakes, and confections created specially for the festival. Presented in collaboration with Chef Goh Dah Liang, Pastry Chef at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore, these limited-edition creations will be available only at Mise en Place and the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore during the festival.
Mise en Place x Blue Smoke
In this sizzling collaboration with award-winning Asian smokehouse Blue Smoke — helmed by Chef Ivan Yeo, World Gourmet Summit’s Asian Cuisine Chef of the Year 2020 — festival-goers can look forward to a curated menu featuring Blue Smoke’s most-loved favourites. To complement the menu, two special desserts will be crafted, featuring Häagen-Dazs ice cream, exclusively for SFF 2025. Blending bold flavour profiles with inventive interpretations of Singapore’s diverse culinary heritage, this showcase promises an unforgettable taste of tradition reimagined.
Häagen-Dazs x Mise en Place Al Fresco
Alongside its dessert creations with Blue Smoke, Häagen-Dazs will sweeten the experience at Mise en Place with a month-long pop-up booth on the terrace. Perfect for an indulgent ice cream treat in a charming alfresco setting, festival-goers and visitors to Dempsey Hill can look forward to exclusive gifts-with-purchase and special deals available only during the Singapore Food Festival.
Gastrogeography Feature Wall
Curated by Laletha Nithiyanandan, Gastrogeography Feature Wall is a specially commissioned art installation for SFF 2025 that explores Singaporeans’ food memories and edible plants shaped by rapid urbanisation. Showcasing over 40 edible plant species found in and around Dempsey Hill, each with a story of taste, memory, and place. Beneath the greenery of our everyday surroundings lies a secret foodscape, leaves that heal, flowers that flavour, fruits that surprise. This installation was done in collaboration with Urban Jungle Folks (@urbanjunglefolks), Tied Alliance (@tiedalliance), Green and Purple Movement (@greenandpurplemovement), wethefarm (@wethefarm), and Project 33 (@project33).
The Art of the Mix
On three Fridays (5, 12, and 19 September), The Art of the Mix, showcasing The Orientalist Spirits, will take place at Mise en Place from 6pm, offering the ultimate sundowner experience for $38 per guest, inclusive of two brand showcase creations. Blending sophistication with creativity, the event reimagines cocktails as liquid artistry. Master mixologists will present theme-driven creations, turning each pour into a performance and every sip into a memorable experience.
GastroGeography Walks
Running from 6 to 24 Sep (every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday), the Gastrogeography Walks invite participants to reconnect with nature and sustainable living. Curated by Alexius Yeo — a Singapore-based urban farmer, permaculture educator, and community builder — the hour-long guided edible plant walk takes participants through the scenic Dempsey Hill area. Each trail concludes with a hand-packed Snack Box featuring locally inspired edibles.
Tea Treats featuring Zumbo Desserts
Enjoy an extraordinary high tea every Sunday, 3pm to 5pm (7, 14, and 21 September) with desserts from world-renowned pâtissier Adriano Zumbo. For the first time in Singapore, enjoy a curated tasting journey of signature Zumbo desserts, paired with premium teas to complement the flavours. Hosted by Mise en Place, in collaboration with Pastry Chef Goh Dah Liang of Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore, this exclusive high tea is more than indulgence—it’s a rare opportunity to step into the imaginative world of one of pastry’s true masters.
The Dempsey Palate: An Alfresco Feast of Food, Music & Friends
For two days only (12 and 13 September), from 5pm to 10pm, The Dempsey Palate, presented by HSBC, will transform the Open Area next to Mise en Place At Dempsey Hill into a vibrant open-air celebration of food, music, community, and lifestyle, in line with the festival theme “Have You Eaten Yet?”
The curated alfresco experience invites visitors to slow down and reconnect, with live acoustic performances, roving entertainment, and kids’ activities adding to the festive atmosphere. Guests can choose to dine from any of Dempsey’s restaurants or enjoy a selection of pre-prepared offerings from a handful of on-site F&B booths hosted by participating tenants, including Blue Smoke.
The Rice Table
In celebration of the significance of rice in Asian cultures, SFF 2025 presents The Rice Table, a menu that spotlights this humble grain’s heritage and versatility. On 6 and 7 September, from 12pm to 3pm, The Rice Table at Mise en Place offers a specially designed brunch menu by Chef Samuel Lee & Chef Ivan Yeo that pays homage to rice as the soul of the Asian table. From comforting classics to inventive reinterpretations, each dish reimagines rice not merely as a side, but as the canvas and cornerstone of the meal — weaving together flavours, textures, and traditions that embody the diversity and depth of Asia’s culinary heritage.
Farm-to-Table Reimagined / Green To Gourmet
Held at Dempsey Hill on the weekend of 20 and 21 September, SFF 2025 invites guests to be part of the sustainability movement with two green-forward events: Farm-to-Table Reimagined and Green to Gourmet.
Held at AIR CCCC from 10am to 5pm, Farm-to-Table Reimagined brings the farm into the city with a vibrant pet-friendly Farmer’s Market, with vendors such as The Green and Purple Movement, and Clean and Real Foods offering organic produce, plant-based innovations, and zero-waste cooking. Perfect for a family day out, visitors can shop for fresh local ingredients, discover sustainable food brands that redefine what it means to eat local.
Continuing the theme of conscious dining, celebrated chef Petrina Loh of Morsels presents Green to Gourmet, a specially curated brunch inspired by the freshest finds from the Farmer’s Market. With her signature finesse, Chef Petrina shines a spotlight on locally grown, ethically sourced ingredients — from vibrant organic vegetables to artisanal dairy and sustainably farmed seafood. Each dish is crafted as a thoughtful expression of provenance, responsibility, and creativity, celebrating nature’s abundance while minimising waste.

SFF 2025 Unique Events
Riverside Feast: A Spice Journey
With limited reservations available over two exclusive weekends (5 to 7 September and 12 to 14 September, from 6pm), Riverside Feast at Riverside Terrace, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore, will present a culinary extravaganza inspired by the vibrant spice trade that once animated the bustling Singapore River. This alfresco dining experience features a curated menu of bold and beloved dishes, each a tribute to Singapore’s spice-laden maritime roots and evolving culinary heritage.
The set menu includes Singapore Chilli Crab with Flower Bun and Crispy Charcoal Cod Fish. For a heartier experience, opt for the second set menu, offering a home-farmed whole seabass with sambal chilli, cincalok, and calamansi, alongside whole squid stuffed with fish otah paired with spicy laksa cream, and the must-have Singapore Chilli Crab. Guests may also order signature dishes à la carte, such as White Pepper Sri Lankan Crab, Wok-fried Australian Scallops with homemade XO sauce, and Kastoori Jhinga — tandoori king prawns served with a refreshing mint chutney.
4-Hands Dining Experience: Stories of the Land, Soul of the City
On 13 and 14 September, Baba Chews will present Stories of the Land, Soul of the City, a six-course lunch and dinner collaboration that brings together Head Chef Huang Jiaxing from Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong, and Sous Chef Anas Syafiq from Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur On The Park. This cross-border menu reimagines regional heritage through contemporary craft across six chapters: beginning with bright social openers, moving into restorative warmth, building towards charcoal-tinged richness, and concluding with a light, elegant finish — familiar memories made new.
Made-In-SG F&B Showcase
Presented concurrently with Singapore Design Week, the Made-In-SG F&B Showcase held from 8 to 14 September at Geneo, Singapore Science Park. The showcase spotlights Made With Passion SG brands — homegrown champions and startups driving cutting-edge solutions in sustainable food production, nutrition, and supply chain resilience. During the same period, the Food Truck City Tours will also make its final stop at Geneo, rounding off its journey on a high note.
Singapore Heritage Food Tours (Halal)
With only four iterations on 5, 6, 13, and 20 September from 9:30am to 12:30pm, the Singapore Heritage Food Tours celebrates the mothers, bibiks, aunties, and neneks behind Singapore’s most beloved hawker dishes and traditional home-cooked classics. Discover how local food traditions are being reimagined as innovative, plant-based creations by the next generation. This halal-friendly food experience features over eight tastings across hidden gems and heritage eateries in Geylang Serai, Joo Chiat, and Katong.
Chinatown Complex Food Centre
Uncover generations of culinary tradition at Chinatown Complex through guided Heritage Food Tours titled A Taste Of Time: The Legacy of Singapore’s Multicultural Hawker Centres held every Saturday and Sunday from 4 to 24 September (except 8 and 9 September). This immersive journey brings to life the rich flavours, history, and personalities that define Singapore’s beloved hawker culture. Beyond the guided tour, participants will enjoy five curated iconic dishes, along with a detour to explore a rooftop urban farm, where they will be welcomed with a drink made from freshly harvested ingredients — showcasing the ingenuity of Singapore’s sustainable growers who are reimagining how and where our food is produced. Adding a bold and playful twist, SFF will debut The Hawker Centre Happy Hour every Mon to Sat from 11 to 24 September — a first-of-its-kind activation where select stalls serve up exclusive bites, drinks, and deals during bar-style happy hours.
As the official Heritage Hawker Partner of SFF 2025, all 195 hawker stalls will proudly carry the banner of SFF 2025, transforming the Chinatown Complex into a vibrant celebration of Singapore’s culinary soul and timeless street food culture as a heartfelt tribute to our roots.
